I purchased these precooked #lasagna #pasta sheets inspired by a review by @troosti and they were so easy to use! I opted for the no-soak method, placing the dry noodle sheets directly on the sauce hot off the stove, and they turned out tender while still holding the layers well.
They only have one ingredient: #semolina wheat though nutritionally they don't offer as much benefit as other types of pasta. But that's the reason to pack your sauce with goodies! I used Heura picada (mince), onion, green pepper and fresh tomato along with a jar of Italmo rustica tomato sauce and Italian herbs. For cheese I used @violife cheddar that I shredded along with #nutritionalyeast. Delish!! Now it is your turn, @azabachepeluda 😁.
The box includes a recipe with a plant-based option, a step in the right direction! Found this at Super Dino, less than 2€ for a box of 18 sheets.
