This blew my mind 🤯🤯😍😍

I don't think I've had a proper tiramisu since I became vegan, which is almost 5 years ago now.

This tasted every bit a tiramisu should taste, such rich layers of mascarpone cream and sponge soaked in espresso.

Unbelievably good!
