Great assortment of 6 vegetables and beancurd - bittergourd, eggplant, lady's finger, taupok, taukwa, and taukee! 🍆 Generously stuffed with housemade 'minced meat paste' that seemed to consist of textured soy protein, tofu, and diced mushrooms. Very tender and savoury, pretty impressive and enjoyable! The curry soup definitely made the YTF more exciting (tom yum and original flavours also available), plus it came with kangkong too which made me happyyy since it's one of my favourite veggies~ 🌶️🥬 Choice of brown rice, noodles, or beehoon as the carb. 🍚🍜 The homemade YTF is only available at Kale by Kang Su Midpoint Orchard, not at their other outlets, so I would recommend ordering their YTF dishes if you're here!
