This sandwich was amazing, so full of flavor! Layered with #tofu, #redpesto, and creamy #avocado along with #roastedredpepper, #tomato and #lettuce and served on #ciabatta bread that we asked to be toasted. The flavors combined together perfectly in a savory bliss. This delight was certainly packed with yum!
