I'm not a full-blown shredded coconut lover, but I really did enjoy these! I like them more than UNREAL's coconut bars. I like that the texture of shredded coconut is broken up by the cacao nibs. I was surprised by how much I liked these. They're individually wrapped in this large Costco-sized bag, so they're easy to take on the go.
