I always recommended ordering a side or whole simple salad at Northstar! 🥗
This was absolutely DELICIOUS and I even ate it before the #veggie burger. Like the name suggests, it's s-i-m-p-l-e🌿 It has three main ingredients: delicious kale, cabbage and pieces of #vegan croutons made from their own Northstar bread. It also is covered in a great vinaigrette dressing. Just make sure to tell them you want the vegan one! It's both #sweet and #tangy and adds a great flavor. Again, they have two sizes, a whole bowl and a side with your main dish. I definitely recommend!

I thought the simple salad dressing was not vegan, maybe they changed the recipe, glad to hear it because it is delicious!
