Review of Lemon - Trader Joe's by iszy

For about a month now I've been determined to try to make tofu piccata. I think getting my Le Creuset braiser made me think of the fancy summery dish. For the recipe I used a whole lemon, including the zest. These lemons were a nice size and super juicy. I've been adding more citrus to dishes and I'm loving how wonderfully it goes with warm weather. Having more citrus means you can go easier on the salt as well because they are similar sensations. These lemons are also nice to have on hand for drinks.
