Oh my goodness, how did I not know this existed until now?? A mix of #tomatillo #salsa and #guacamole?! What could be better?! This has the best of both words - it isn't as oily or fatty as just pure guacamole, but has a bit more substance than just tomatillo salsa. The flavor was a perfect amalgamation of the two. What a perfect snack 😋 #traderjoes always has such unique vegan finds.
