The Dirty V in Apex NC is such a cool place to eat. They have plenty of parking. There is also spacious seating inside the restaurant so it’s perfect for large groups. The lo mein was so good! The noodles were tender and served with perfectly sautéed veggies in a delicious sauce. Everything was fresh and flavorful! They have a huge menu with tons of options and everything is vegan:).
