I had a VERY hard time with the maitre in this place.. I felt he really didn't want me there or help me decide through a very rich and interesting menu.
I don't know if this is why my tofu was HORRIBLY salty, almost unedible. I'm not one to argue and I generally eat like a racoon out of the rubbish, but this was really a no no for me

I STAND CORRECTED: I came back the next day, and had a beautiful meal and the same waiter spent over forty minutes chatting with me since I was dining alone. lovely human being, travelled cultured intelligent sensitive.. it made my day to discover him all over again. goes to say some things need second chances.
