#Ikea says that the vegan fish is made in the #Netherlands from rice protein and that it’s free of soy. #soyfree

The #veganfish had a good structure but was so dry! Plus it didn’t taste fishy. Due to the concept of IKEA restaurants, where all food is prepared in advance, the breading wasn’t crispy anymore, but rather soggy. This wasn’t great. Usually it comes with tartar sauce but it’s not vegan, so the dry #fish had to be eaten without sauce 🎣 The #fries 🍟 were only lukewarm but surprisingly well salted and still a bit crispy. It’s great they offer this but the execution could be better #dobetter #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease
