In the vegan restaurant next to my house they prepare tortilla on a daily basis, always different and including different ingredients. Today when I went there they had just finished preparing one with #sundriedtomatoes and I couldn’t resist taking a slice home.
It was still warm when I ate it, and it was the best #tortilla I have ever had - juicy, soft, well-spiced, and not too oily nor heavy. A 15 out of 10⭐️⭐️⭐️ just wow
