Review of the Talladega - Miso tofu at Roots Natural Kitchen by lizmaselli

This is one of my favorite bowls! I did change out the dressing to a cilantro lime because the red pepper one was a bit spicy. This large bowl has a base of brown rice and #kale and is topped with red pimento peppers, purple cabbage, red onion, sweet potato and it does come with cheese, but I substituted that for pita chips. I got the miso #tofu which made this variety of the bowl way better. I usually prefer the #BBQ variety bowl, but this really hit the spot. This bowl was really large and only $12, which is a great value and deal. I love how healthy these bowl options are as well.
