Rocking vegan seafood with the Whole Hearts of Palm from Whole Foods. There are 5 pieces, I used 4 for my vegan calamari (recipe by simpleveganblog) and the rest with leftover beans to make vegan tuna sandwich. Happy tummy and Happy Easter!!
