Got these #udonnoodles during Asian week at #lidl. Made of only three ingredients: #wheatflour, water and salt, they cook perfectly following the instructions on the package. The portions are separated by paper bands, a nice guide for prepararing a meal. They have a sublime savory taste and absorb any sauce nicely. Here I cooked them in an impromptu stirfry to clean out the refrigerator a bit, with squash zucchini, eggplant, red cabbage, seitan and cashews. Yum! Economically priced for a #veganonabudget at 0,99€ for the 300g package.
