I tend to add a teaspoon of flaxseed to my porridge every morning, it doesn't add to taste (and it's not meant to)! I like to add it as it's a #protein contribute

I try to add flax (or chia seeds) like you; for the nutrition boost mainly. You end up liking the taste after a while 😂 It’s also yummy in apple cake! 😉😁
