I crumbled and cooked these in a pan with some olive oil; they turned out perfect. They remind me of chicken taste wise, which I personally enjoyed. The list of ingredients seems great to me considering the type of product it is. The packaging is also 100% recyclable, though I'd be careful not to story it at the back of yoir fridge: the cardboard may get wet. I will definitely repurchase.
