I got into a discussion with my friend on what are the best dates so I decided to share my favorite. These #organic dates are the perfect level of squishy but not mushy. Now some do come too hard but the majority are perfect. I love mine with a little nut butter, sliced and placed on a salad, or in my smoothie. I know some prefer the more mushy ones, but for anyone like me give these a try! #glutenfree #healthylifestyle
