I bought these ciabattas from Trader Joe’s. They are a good deal at only $2.79 each. They are very yummy, the bread is soft and has a crisp outer crust when you bake it. I cut them in half and spread vegan butter, olive oil, minced, garlic, and chopped parsley on them. I put them on a pan in the freezer for 30 minutes to let the topping harden. You can put them in freezer bags and they last for up to two months in the freezer. #vegangarlicbread #vegantraderjoes
