Kinin
Street 123, St 446, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
My wonderful cousin, @tiascaz brought me to Kinin for my first dinner in Cambodia when I was visiting her back in August. Not only is the restaurant gorgeous being surrounded by plants, but the lok lak is outrageously good!
Lok lak is a traditional Cambodian dish usually consisting of beef stewed in a black pepper gravy served and dipped in a black pepper and lime sauce. This one was made with tempeh and it was the best Lok lak I had during my 2 weeks in Cambodia. It’s also one of my top dishes after my seven months of travel in Asia. SO good!
