Vegan 🌱 Butter 🧈 Chicken 🐦‍⬛

I’m going to say something controversial—if not for the variety of unique dishes like this #butterchicken, I think the #indianfood here is overrated 😛 In fact I have yet to find something that impresses me really in Singapore compared to my choices in Penang.

This is not #gao enough 🙅‍♀️ The general taste is there but it could be oh so much more #spicy 🌶️ It just felt overall really bland to me 🤷‍♀️ Like I was eating, gee… I don’t know… butter? 🐈

Then there’s the matter of the #veganchicken they use. At 40,000 feet in the air I can understand Santan (AirAsia) serving us edible rubber but on land that’s really just a cheap party trick 🪄 I genuinely think #tofu would’ve done better here compared to that poor vegetable fooled into the ways of a #chicken 🦜

At least at S$11 it’s a generous portion 🫰
