Wasn’t expecting a #ramen this good tbh! The #miso broth was amaaaazing and the spicy chili oil enhanced it even more. I was unsure about #sobanoodles in ramen but it actually worked, and the fried tofu, bok choy, and mushrooms were all great accompaniments.
