Frozen mixed vegetables ➡️ spinach, chard and chicory 🥬 grown in Italy 🇮🇹 with a good genuine flavour ✔️ with which - after heating them in a non-stick pan for about 8 minutes - I seasoned the pasta adding just a little salt, extra virgin olive oil and a generous sprinkling of extra spicy chilli pepper 🌶️ delicious meal 😋
