Review of Vegan tuna sandwich at Café OHA by greenp

Quite happy with this tasty and hearty sandwich! It is filled with a preparation which I felt didn’t mimic tuna at all but was absolutely delicious. The mousse is made of artichoke, cashew and basil. I really enjoyed how the taste and texture worked with these of the bread, however it would be more suitable for a toast rather than a sandwich in my opinion (the buns are quite wide and dense, so 2 pieces feel a bit much with this preparation). Still, it is yummy, very filling, and rather affordable for a good main in Copenhagen (99kr).
