Great assortment of vegetables and beancurd - bittergourd, chilli, eggplant, lady's finger, taupok, taukee, and taukwa! 🌶️🍆 Stuffed with textured soy protein that was dotted with carrot and black fungus etc. Swipe right ➡️ for a close-up of the stuffing! 📸 The housemade filling was generous and toothsome albeit slightly stringy; perhaps 'minced meat' style filling would have given a better texture resembling the real deal?
