Apt that this is called Volcano Calamari, because every bite was a flavour EXPLOSION 😋🌋

Honestly so good. Juicy vegan calamari rings with mixed stir fried vegetables and mushrooms in the most delicious sweet sauce. Served with crispy fried Thai basil, fresh chilli and a side of fresh salad veggies. So colourful and full of different ingredients. Creative and tasty af! Great value too at $20.90 including rice.
