We loved these vegan and gluten free gingerbread cookies! The cookie is soft and sweet and is perfectly spiced! They lasted quite a while and did not get dry or stale. They were absolutely perfect for our gingerbread village. @paniwilson and I made gingerbread versions of ourselves #toocutetoeat
