I promise you this felt like a god send in the hot weather, and I wasn’t feeling anything fried of greasy, this really hit the spot me!!

berries, banana, mint, nuts and granola — i wouldn’t consider this a main but maybe a #breakfast smoothie bowl if that’s your thing! 🍌🍓🍃🫐🥣
