A warm dish of various lightly cooked veg, drizzled with a little dressing (slight tang, not overwhelming), served over a tomato-based pesto-ish sauce, with za'tar spice in the side.
Tasty and light, with lovely, well-balanced flavours.
I've enjoyed everything I've had at this restaurant, which has a great vibe, friendly, efficient staff and excellent artisan bread.
