Interesting Asian flavour, with a fragrant aroma from the blend of pandan leaves~ 🌿 Slightly too cloyingly rich and sweet for my liking, as gula melaka palm sugar was incorporated into what was already a sweet ice-cream base, made using coconut milk and raw cane sugar. 🌴🥥🍨 Props for the creativity though! Apparently chlorella (nutritious algae) was also used as green colouring, though it didn't affect the taste. 💚 I appreciate that they tried to keep it more natural without artificial flavourings or preservatives!
