I was pleasantly surprised to find a new vegan friendly spot in Rockville. I really enjoyed this bulgogi bibimbap with a plant based meat that is new to me. It’s labeled vegan on the menu and orderable through the delivery apps. The food is really delicious with a generous portion that easily makes up two meals. I went with the gochujang sauce topping.
