Wow! What a salad. 🥗 #thaifood #plantbasedbangkok

I think the #banana blossoms were cut finely and then stir fried. Mixed with #crispy #tofu cubes, #carrots, #tomato and #herbs. Then that #dressing: simply divine #droolworthy. And there was soo much of it. Possibly made with #coconut cream and seasonings. That’s one nice #salad
