This is one of the most incredible vegan dishes I’ve ever had in my life. It nearly brought me to tears. It was absolutely perfect- the smell, the texture, the taste, everything was just like real stuffed eggs but even better than what real eggs could ever be. I don’t know who managed to figure out how to perfectly recreate the texture of hard boiled egg whites, but they’re a genius. Now I know why this was rated their best dish. Amazing. I was scraping the flowers off my plate!
