This was their #bamboo shoot #salad 🥗 with loads of #veggies, super flavorful and dense #tofu, fried #beancurd pieces and fresh #herbs. Also served with a great somewhat #spicy #sauce, fried #shallots and fresh #lime! Every bit was a flavor explosion 💥
