Vegan version of an #Indonesian #rendang with homemade rendang sauce. They also add #tempeh, #tofu, and #homemade #pickles!

It was so tasty, the rendang was flavorful and the #veganmeat inside was so soft and perfect! I wish they would’ve added more. It wasn’t nearly enough for that huge mountain of #rice they give you haha.
