Ooh these are addictive! They're nice and light so it's way too easy to eat too many of them! I thought they were delicious plain, without any dip, but I'm sure they'd be good paired with guacamole or something. These remind me of rice cakes but they're way better. I love that you can see the black beans and peas within each chip. Their flavor comes through too. These chips also have a perfect amount of salt.
