Falafel .#lazyvegan or minimum effort food . When you want something easy and quick and tasty these are a good option.
I heated these in a small air fryer in a few minutes to avoid too much oil so not crispy but ok .
Ate them with lentil breads (see my post ) loads of steamed broccoli 🥦 and a tahini, mint and 🍋 salsa .
