I love a good chicken sandwich! These patties were great. They bake in 25 minutes and are juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Perfect for a quick chicken sandwich.
These are frond in the frozen section at Sainsbury’s; two patties for £1.69.
I used ALDIs vegan brioche buns (the best!), violife smoked cheese melted on the bottom bun, cooked red onion, pickles, mustard, and sweet chilli sauce. Deeeeelicious!
