Found it from a pop-up event in shibuya commune rooftop. Usually, you can find this on the weekends at the farmer's market.

The owner is possibly the coolest person to ever have walked the earth. Slick back hair, tattoos on both arms, as well as sunglasses. Sunglasses at all times. I can imagine he probably sleeps with those sunglasses.

The food! It's possibly a piece of art. A half salad, half ramen creation. Makes you sad to eat it!
