super versatile and one of my tried and true favorite deli meats! each slice is a little different in thickness, so it’s a little bit realistic like real deli meats.
i think the flavor is pretty basic, similar to oven roasted turkey you’d get at a deli counter. it’s very versatile and can be used in many ways. i made a blackberry basil grilled cheese. the texture is a little rubbery but it doesn’t bother me and its authentic tofurky. sometimes i like to go back to the basics.
