these were some of the first vegan burgers i’ve had! it’s definitely not a perfect burger substitute—the texture isn’t “exactly like meat” and it doesn’t taste “exactly like meat” either. that being said, these boca burgers have a place close to my heart, and i do find them pretty tasty. sometimes the vegan meat realism gets a little too real, and these taste like burgers but aren’t incredibly realistic either.
additionally, i can get them at publix in a bulk pack and it’s a pretty good deal for protein content and price 🤞 don’t expect them to be a perfect realistic meaty burger, but they are pretty good!
