One of Radeau Vegan's signature homemade tarts made from scratch! Loved the refreshingly sweet, sour, and citrusy passionfruit lemon curd infused with extra virgin olive oil. 🍋🫒 Topped with fluffy toasted vegan meringue, chewy dried candied lemon slice, and edible flower petals. So pretty and yummy! 🌸 The tart shell was not too soggy either despite the moisture from the fruit curd.
