Classic blue cheese, tomato and 'steak' flavor profile. Fresh mixed greens, chopped onions, tomato and halved cherry tomatoes. Blue cheese crumbles and dressing had the classic flavor but the kicker was the Chunk 'beef' sliced against the grain so it had the texture of brisket or pot roast. Great job!
