Gluten free beer battered hearts of palm, tarragon tartar, lemon

Firstly - these are not chips. They are fries. Yes I will be facetious about it.
Secondly if you want a fishy taste you’d be best off bringing some nori to eat with the ‘fish’ but for those like me who hate fish 😉 absolutely delicious! The tarragon tartar is exceptional!
