This dish is labelled as "Burmese Noodles Beef", but there is a note saying it can be #veganized.
I went ahead and ordered it with #tofu. This dish is soft wide #noodle #stew of #curry, #coconutmilk and tofu. I expected a saucy dish because it said stew but it was quite dry (not in a bad way) but I will say I was not impressed with the presentation. The appreizer we ordered was basically crispy stacked tofu jenga, my cocktail was a purple hue with dry flowers, but this #maindish was plated on a very small plate that felt like a side plate at applebees. That is my only complaint. Otherwise it was good.
It usually has some spice to it but I opted for no spice, which I am sure changes the flavor.
