This is a solid vegan #breakfastsandwich made with in house cheese and #tofu on a Working Culture #sourdough english muffin. These are only sold on weekends and served before noon. Not sure why but this place does tend to sell out later in the day since they only open a few days a week.

It isn’t terribly egg-y which is why I’m not giving it a perfect score. It tastes more like the #friedonions in it which are really good. The Saanich local greens are also a nice touch.

If you get there early enough, you can also grab a #veganBLT from the fridge for later.
