I absolutely love this product! It's a complete and balanced meal in a drink, with all the nutrients needed. It's SO practical, fast, healthy, filling, and delicious! My favorites by far are choco and vanilla, they're sweet and delicious and I can't get enough of them (coffee is the only one I don't like and it has caffeine in it). I go through them so fast I have to really try to not have one every day. I cannot recommend them enough, although in moderation... careful, it's not easy :)
