My first ever #vegan pandoro😭💫
I have tried many times vegan panettone (the other traditional #Christmas #Italian cake), but I had never seen a vegan version of the pandoro, I guess because the original is very buttery. Well, here they made an excellent job, using #oliveoil and #cacao butter as fats - and it works incredibly well.
