i decided on #farinata with roasted apples and root vegetables for my winter solstice meal. the farinata turned out a little dense but was delicious. next time i will add more water. this #farinadiceci/ #chickpeaflour is #biologico/ #organic and is also great for egg-like dishes. perfect for when the nearest farinata vendor is far far away.
