Works very well for pizza melts really well and adds creaminess.
I’m personally not a fan of it on its own as it’s quite salty but my partner liked it!
I managed to make 4 pizzas with this (used half the block for 2 pizzas then froze it and grated from frozen for the next 2 pizzas 🍕)
I would buy again for pizza nights!
